ARK Pro CPA & Co has been registered with United States Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (US PCAOB) and is authorized to perform public company audit under United States security laws administrated by United States Security Exchange Committee (US SEC). Our scope of services include audit and review of financial statements for quarterly report (Form 10Q), annual report (Form 10K, 20F), registration statements (Form S-1, S-3, F-1, F-3, Form 10, etc.), merger and acquisition report (Form 8K, 6K).
US Audit Client
We have audited more than 50 clients since 2008,
who are mainly based in China, Hong Kong and Asian countries. We have
completed US PCAOB audits for our clients, who was uplifted from OTC
bulletin board to Nasdaq (NFEC); and Australian listco for dual listing
in Nasdaq capital market (IMTE).
