Rufina Pang, a founder of ARK Pro CPA & Co. She is a practicing CPA of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Chartered Accountant of Australia and New Zealand.

With more than 20 years of professional experience, Rufina is fully equipped with audit and accounting knowledge among IFRS, HK GAAP and US GAAP, as well as, internal control compliance and HK offshore tax strategy.

Rufina joined KPMG (Hong Kong) since 1997 and continued her accountancy at Arthur Andersen (Beijing). During the times in BIG Four, she actively participated in several mega-IPO projects, such as, China Sinopec, China Unicom and COSCO Shipping.  She also joined Hutchison Whampoa Limited as business unit controller of Port Operations in Indonesia, Malaysia and Myanmar.

Currently, Rufina also appointed as an independent non-executive director of a listed company on Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Lai, Wing Wai has extensive experience in corporate audits of small and medium enterprises in Hong Kong to US listed companies over a wide variety of industries. He is also keenly involved in performing assignments in relation to initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr Lai is conversant in HKFRS, HKFRS for PE, SME-FRS, IFRS, US GAAP, PCAOB standards and US SEC reporting requirements.

Ms. Mak has been responsible for a wide range of audit engagements, from HK SMEs to US-listed companies for over 14 years of experience.  She focuses on audit and assurance services, HK statutory tax filings, as well as mergers and acquisitions engagements and financial due diligence reviews for clients in various industries.

Ms. Mak’s clients cover a wide range of industries including property investment, garment, electric car manufacturing, hotel operations, supermarket operations, health product production, etc. Ms. Mak also has experience in auditing Type 1, 4. 6, 9 licensed companies.

Ms. Mak is conversant in HKFRS, HKFRS for PE, SME-FRS, IFRS, US GAAP, PCAOB standards and US SEC reporting requirements.
